Developing a low-carbon economy and a circular economy is not only an urgent need to cope with global climate change and energy crisis, but also an inevitable requirement for achieving scientific development, clean development, and safe development.
Yujia Electric Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in technology research and development, product manufacturing and engineering consulting in the field of power environmental protection and industrial energy conservation technology. Provide energy-saving products and services to customers in the iron alloy, power, chemical, steel, building materials, petroleum, machinery and other industries. The company's self-developed energy-saving products are all listed in the national encouraged industry projects, and are supported by the National Science and Technology Ministry Innovation Fund and the National Torch Program. At present, Haojia Electric Co., Ltd. is the largest metallurgical furnace filter energy-saving device manufacturer in China.
As a high-energy industry, industry is the mainstay of developing a low-carbon economy and a circular economy. As a secondary energy source that is widely used, how to improve its utilization efficiency is a common problem faced by power grid companies and industrial users, and also an important means of energy conservation and emission reduction.
According to statistics from China's power grid research institutes, industrial enterprises are China's major energy consumers, and their energy consumption has reached 70% of the country's total energy consumption. Among the nine key energy-consuming industries, such as steel, nonferrous metals, coal, electricity, petroleum, chemicals, building materials, textiles and papermaking, electricity consumption accounts for more than 60% of the total industrial electricity consumption, but the unit energy consumption is higher than the world advanced level. 40%.
There are two reasons for the high energy consumption of industrial electricity in China:
• 1. The power supply and distribution system is not efficient.
• 2. Power quality is poor, and power grid pollution is getting worse.
In the industrial field, there are a large number of impact loads: such as electric arc furnaces, rolling mills, rectifier equipment, etc., causing greater pollution to the power grid. The main industries include: metallurgy, building materials, petroleum, chemical, port, automotive, defense, aerospace, electrified railways. Harmonics in power and industrial systems are gradually increasing. Reactive power compensation and harmonic control for these impact and non-linear loads can achieve the dual purposes of improving power quality, saving energy and reducing consumption.
Here are two practical examples. One is the Shenzhen Huawei Power Aging Laboratory. Because the electrical load of its laboratory equipment is all rectifying devices, the third harmonic current generated is very large. When the third harmonic filter is not applied, the third harmonic current generated by each phase load is superimposed on the zero line, so that the neutral current is overloaded, the wire is heated, and the electrical equipment cannot operate normally. At the same time, since the rectifying device consumes a large amount of reactive power during operation, the loss of the line and the transformer is increased, and a large amount of electric energy is wasted. After installing the third harmonic filter, after the technical transformation, the third harmonic current in the neutral line is reduced from 1000A to 50A, which greatly reduces the line and equipment loss and ensures the normal operation of the equipment. Through the statistical analysis of the recorded data, the energy-saving effect and economic benefits of the project are as follows: within 11 months from November 2000 to October 2001, the accumulated electricity consumption was about 140,000 kWh, and the average monthly electricity saving was 13,000 kWh. The electricity cost is 11,000 yuan (the average industrial electricity price is 0.83 yuan / kWh), and the annual carbon dioxide emission reduction is 163.1 tons.
There are a wide range of fields involved in energy conservation and electricity pollution control. Taking the iron-alloy industry, a key high-energy-consuming industry, as an example, China's ferroalloy production reached 22 million tons. There are more than 1,500 ferroalloy manufacturers, more than 5,000 electric furnaces of various capacities, and the total installed capacity exceeds 80,000 MVA. The main equipment in the ferroalloy industry is metallurgical electric furnace. At present, the maximum capacity of metallurgical electric furnace has reached 40MVA. In 2009, the capacity of metallurgical electric furnaces (ferroalloys, calcium carbide) in the country has accounted for 10% of the national power generation, and energy-saving work in high-energy-consuming industries such as ferroalloys has become increasingly important.
SKTSF type metallurgical furnace filter compensation energy-saving device with independent intellectual property rights developed by Zhaojia Electric is widely used in high-energy-consuming enterprises such as ferroalloys and calcium carbide. Take a 40MVA metallurgical electric furnace as an example, the annual power consumption is 280 million kwh, and after implementing energy-saving renovation, the annual energy saving of 125 million kwh can be achieved. Calculated by carbon emissions of 0.785 kilograms per kilowatt-hour of electricity generation, a total reduction of 20,000 tons of carbon emissions. Through the above energy-saving measures, the consumption per ton of ferroalloy products can be reduced by about 5-11%. In the past 3 years, Yujia Electric Co., Ltd. has provided more than 100 sets of metallurgical electric furnace filter compensation energy-saving devices for the national ferroalloy and calcium carbide production enterprises, with an annual energy saving of 1.6 billion kwh. Reduce carbon emissions by about 1.2 million tons. After the promotion of energy-saving measures, it is expected that the national metallurgical industry can directly save about 100 billion kwh per year, equivalent to saving 12 million tons of standard coal and reducing carbon emissions by 78.5 million tons, which can achieve good economic and social benefits.

In general, industrial energy conservation and clean production are inevitable requirements for achieving scientific development, and technological advancement will greatly promote the promotion of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The data shows that the total value of China's energy conservation and environmental protection industry reached 1.41 trillion yuan in 2008, accounting for 4.7% of the GDP of the year. The market expects that the industry is expected to reach 7-8% of the national GDP in 2015, becoming an important emerging growth industry in the national economy.
