>>Conditions of Use
1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed + 40 ° C and is not lower than - 5 ° C. The average temperature does not exceed +35 ° C within 24 hours.
2. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at the highest temperature +40 °C, and the relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures. For example, it is 90% at +20 ° C, but it is possible to accidentally produce moderate condensation due to temperature changes.
3, temperature range: between -25 ° C to +55 ° C for transport and storage processes, in
a short time (24h) can reach +70 °C.

The frame structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate or imported aluminum-zinc plate. The E = 25mm modulus is used as the minimum basic unit and bolted to assemble various cabinet structures and functional units. 8.8 self-tapping locking bolts can also be used according to user requirements.
The front is double-layer or single-layer door. When double-layered: the inner layer is the functional unit small door and the outer layer is the explosion-proof transparent door. It is beautiful, luxurious and has a high degree of enclosure protection.
The area inside the cabinet is divided into main (horizontal) busbar compartment, feeder (vertical) busbar compartment, functional unit compartment and outlet terminal compartment; the compartment is in the form of 3 or 4, and meets IP2X protection requirements.
1. Product enclosure protection level: IP3X (standard type), IP31, IP4X, IP41, IP43, *IP5X, *IP54, *IP55.
2. When the drawer is connected, tested, the main switch is closed or opened, the protection level of the casing is unchanged.

The SG HK-F series fixed-divided switchgear can be designed as a single-layer door structure or a double-layer door structure according to the needs of users and the high degree of protection. It is applicable to three-phase three-phase AC 50HZ, 60HZ, rated voltage 660V, rated current 2500A and below three-phase four-wire system and three-phase five-wire power system for receiving electric energy and distributing electric energy. C、SGHK-C series withdrawable low-voltage switchgear
The SGHK-C series draw-out switchgear consists of drawers of different capacity units. For ease of operation, a single-layer door structure is used. Applicable to power plants, metallurgical rolling steel, petrochemical, light industrial textiles, port terminals, Datun hotels and other places for AC three-phase four-wire or five-wire system, voltage 380V, 50Hz power system for power distribution and electric control.

D、SGHK-H series hybrid low-voltage switchgear
The SGHK-H series hybrid low-voltage switchgear is composed of a mixture of two different types of feed units in the SGHK-F series fixed-divided switchgear and the SGHK-C series draw-out switchgear. Hybrid low-voltage switchgear is used in power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgical rolling, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. It is a large-scale power generation, petrochemical and other automation, and requires a computer interface, as a three-phase AC 50 (60) Hz, voltage 380 (600) V, rated power 6300A and below in the power supply system, power distribution, motor centralized control, reactor current limit and no power compensation.
1. In a group of switch cabinets or the same switch cabinet, there are both fixed split feeder units and drawer type feed units.
2. In such switchgear cabinets, when the working current of the feed-out circuit is generally >400A, the fixed-separated unit should be selected first, because the fixed-separated unit will be adopted in terms of operational reliability and maintenance. Better than using a drawer unit.
3. For equipment that does not need to be quickly maintained or replaced (such as allowing longer maintenance and replacement time), the fixed-separated feed unit should be preferred;
4. In the same switchgear, the drawer unit with a small capacity (such as current 200A and below) should be placed in the upper part of the switchgear as much as possible, and the capacity is large (such as current) 400A) The drawer unit or fixed partition unit should be arranged five in the lower part of the switch cabinet.
>>Reactive power compensation cabinet
According to the situation of the electrical equipment, the reactive power automatic compensation cabinet is designed with a reactive power compensation scheme of the grid approximate sine wave and a reactive power compensation scheme of the distribution filter reactor.
Harmonic source apparent power and transformer apparent power (Gh / sn) is less than 10% of the normal situation. The cabinet is 800, 1000mm wide for users to choose.

1. The horizontal busbars are arranged behind the cabinet (when the line is out) or at the top of the cabinet (when the line is out). One or two sets of busbars can be configured according to requirements. The two can be powered separately and can be connected in parallel.
2. The protective conductor (PE line) and the exposed conductive member (frame) are separately disposed and penetrated to form a complete protective grounding system, and the PE busbar can withstand a predetermined short-circuit current.
3. The vertical busbar of MCC cabinet is assembled in the insulating function board, which can prevent the phase discharge of the vertical busbar caused by the switching arc, and improve the electric shock protection capability and safe operation rate of the product.
The main busbar (side outlet) structure behind the cabinet is wall-mounted, it is recommended to leave the wall behind the cabinet.300mm.
The main busbar (rear outlet) structure at the top of the cabinet is installed away from the wall.800mm.
